Maasmechelen Festival, Belgium, 28th September 2007

The girls gave an impromptu performance at the local (huge) shopping centre. They were given a very enthusiastic reception by the thousands of shoppers who stopped to listen.

In the evening, the girls gave a concert in a huge church with the host choir - Lyrica. Our choir's reception from the capacity audience was a standing ovation - such terrific warmth was really touching.

The following day, the girls performed at the Cultural Centre in Maasmechelen, delighting the audience. The above photo shows the girls at the start of the concert. Photography was not allowed, but I still managed to sneak this one in...

The last event, in the massive multi-purpose hall seating 2,000 gave Cantamus a chance to shine again, and "Bridge over Troubled Water" had everyone standing up and waving arms in the air in time to the music (NOT started by our parents' party...).
